Registration

To complete a purchase you need to register with/sign up for our site, that is to enter some useful information for the invoice issue and the delivery . The data provided are subject to the protection of Privacy Act (D. Lgs. 196/ 2003) and can be changed at any time in the " Edit Account" and "Address Book" sections, available after login.

Registration with the site is not binding in any way to purchase.

Registering/Registration is convenient: in addition to/besides/apart from not having to enter your details during the following purchases, you can be promptly informed about our promotions and new products by simply giving your consent to receiving our newsletter.

In this case you will be asked to leave the information which are strictly necessary for the purchase and delivery of the product.

In the registration form, you might be asked to choose whether you want to be regularly informed about our promotions or not. You can change these data whenever you want, by logging in the site and clicking on "Account Management" under the welcome message followed by your name.

All your data are subject to comply with the law on "Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data" (Legislative Decree no. 30.6.2003 n. 196), known as Privacy Act.

The personal data are processed, within the normal activity of our company, for:

Payment

When you purchase on ferriadelio.it, several methods of payment are available:

Payment when you pick up the goods at the store?

If you choose as shipping method "Pick up at the store", you can make the payment when you collect the goods at: Ferri Adelio Utensileria via Pietro Nenni, 36 -27058- Voghera (PV). In this case cash and credit cards (CartaSì, Visa, Mastercard) are accepted. Diners/American Express credit cards and cashier's or bank checks are not accepted.

Cash on delivery

By choosing this mode, the payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the purchased products: the amount of the order and the shipment must be added Euro 2,00 with merchandise worth up to 150, more than 1,40% on the overall value. The payment shall be made only with banknotes or coins directly to the carrier. They accept only exact amounts corresponding to the amount of the order, not expected to return the rest. They will not accept bank drafts or credit card.

Credit Card

Payment by credit card is made through the PayPal site, but it is not necessary for the customer to register on this website too. The credit cards with which you can make the payment are those accepted by the PayPal site (Visa, Martercard, PostePay, etc.). When you pay by credit card you will not be charged any additional charge.

Ferri Adelio srl reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information, such as the number of his/her landline or sending copies of documents proving the ownership of the credit card. In the absence of the required documentation, Ferri Adelio Ltd. reserves the right not to accept your order.

Bank Transfer

By choosing this method of payment, once you have placed your order, you must do the following:

the bank transfer must be made within 3 working days from the order (or the order will be cancelled);
the reason for payment on the bank transfer must specify: the number and date of the order, the name and surname of the person who placed the order;

Your order will be processed only upon receipt of the sum transferred, so the usual response/delivery times are extended. To expedite an order, we suggest you send to ferriadelio@live.it (or by fax to +39 0383 367773), the CRO number with the ABI code of the bank that makes the payment.

Courier pickup time

Courier pickup time varies according to the method of payment:

Credit Cards and PayPal: the products are picked up by courier on the working day following that of the payment;
Bank Transfer: the products are picked up by courier on the working day following the reception of the payment on the account Ferri Adelio snc (on average 3/5 working days from the bank transfer order by the customer).

When the courier picks up the goods, we send the customer an e-mail containing the confirmation of shipment and the shipping code.

Delivery

ferriadelio.it confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automatic e-mail summary to the email address provided by the customer during registration.

For all products delivered Ferri Adelio Ltd. issues receipt or invoice request with the data supplied by the customer.

Ferri Adelio LTD prepares the goods contained in the order and relies on the shipper with the original packaging of the manufacturer or with cardboard boxes properly closed or plastic-sealed envelopes.

The timing of custody Corriere products are published in the "time of appointment of the courier" and vary according to the method of payment.

Deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday through Friday, except holidays. For hours means the hours included in Business Days.

ferriadelio.it uses express delivery for shipments.

Delivery of the Courier to the address of the customer are from 1 to 5 days and still be considered indicative because they may change for reasons of force majeure, for difficult conditions of traffic and road conditions, to strike or to act of the Authority.

Delivery costs are charged to the customer, they are also distinguished according to the carrier, the weight and size of the package.

Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier the customer is required to check:

- The number of boxes is the same as indicated in the accompanying document of the Courier
- That the packaging is not damaged, or wet or altered.

Once signed the document courier transport of the Customer may not make any objection about the appearance of the goods.

Delivery type
Standard delivery

It is a delivery made by the courier, to send parcels throughout Italy with delivery this type involves the delivery onto the street for all the products. For each shipment are two attempts to free delivery. If in both cases the recipient is absent, you will pick up the shipment at the point of storage indicated on notice left by the courier.
Additional Services
Insurance: the sender can ensure the value of the goods transported by adding 0.7% of the order value with a minimum of Euro 3.50 with value up to 800 Euro , plus 12:42 % on the total value insured. The insurance is valid against any direct and material arising from the transport to the exclusion of any indirect damage due to delay , loss or damage of the package tampering.

Different types of delivery

All orders with "Standard Delivery" are assigned to the courier, if you want a different shipping method please contact us before payment so correctly define time and costs.

Warranty

According to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 09.06.2005, Ferri Adelio Ltd. is liable to the customer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery.

The lack of conformity can be found on:

operating defect;
discrepancies between what was proposed and what was received on purchase;
wrong shipment;

The lack of conformity must be reported within the warranty terms.

The warranty will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or malfunctions that are not evident at the time of purchase, provided the product is used properly and with due diligence, that is, in respect of its destination and as provided in the technical documentation, in conformity with the
various operating rules therein.

In case of lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to restoration, without charge, of the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.

Procedure for exercising the right of restoration of conformity.

If the product purchased at our site presents a lack of conformity, to make it compliant with the contract of sale please follow these simple steps:

within the guarantee/warranty period from receipt of goods, please send a communication to Ferri Adelio Ltd. by e-mail through the Contact section or send a fax to the number +39 0383 367773 specifying the defect of the product;
wait for the Code of Restitution (CDR) which will be sent via email to the email address provided at the time of the order;

carefully prepare the product for shipping in its original packaging, including any accessory, instruction manual and all that was originally contained in the shipment received;
specify on the packaging the Code of Restitution (CDR) that Ferri Adelio Ltd. sent you;

Within 5 working days from the allocation of the Code of Restitution (CDR), the withdrawal of the product will be agreed with the courier; the telephone unavailability affects/compromises the product pick up and protracts the management of the practice.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Ferri Adelio Ltd. will restore the lack of conformity in accordance with the agreements.

Right of withdrawal

Product sales via the Internet are regulated by the Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (Articles 50 to 68) that regulates the field of distance agreements, that is done outside business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the product purchased and to obtain the refund of expenses incurred.

This right is reserved only to natural persons (consumers), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 10 working days from receipt of goods, a communication which clearly expresses the intention to withdraw from the contract.

The costs of returning the product wiil be paid by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is lost if the product is not returned intact, ie:

in the absence of the original packaging;

in the absence of completing elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);

in the event of damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;

In case of partial withdrawal for the purchase of multiple products, shipping charges willnot be reimbursed.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

In case you have made a purchase at our site and you want to withdraw from the purchase, you will have to follow these simple steps:

within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

specify the return code (CDR) on the packaging;
Ship the product carefully packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all that it originally contained.

Within thirty days Ferri Adelio LTD will provide for reimbursement for the cost of shipped goods by bank transfer. Shipping charges are excluded from the refund.
For purchases made by choosing PayPal as payment method, the amount spent is re-credited on the customer's account.
