If you search the Web for a definition of "bearing", you might find something like this: a mechanical device designed to reduce the friction produced by the linear or rotary motion of two objects.
Despite the first patent of/for bearings dates back to the late 1700s, it is amazing to think that Leonardo, in the XVth century, was probably the first to draw the sketch of a bearing.
In other words, this mechanical component owns some features that make it necessary in every circumstance when you have ease the motion and reduce the unavoidable friction produced by anything that moves.
Because of my passion for bearings and a reasonable amount of experience gained over several decades of activity, I decided to dedicate a space on our website to this mechanical component, describing its features, giving some advice and technical explanation and (why not) informing potential customers/buyers about the availability of bearings in our warehouse (we focus on bearings which are out of production or with limited availability).
In the table below I have included some of the items which are available for immediate delivery at the store. If you are interested you can contact me through the form that you can find at this link or by writing an email to info@ferriadelio.it for any information or quotation.
