Warranty

Warranty

According to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 09.06.2005, Ferri Adelio Ltd. is liable to the customer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery.

The lack of conformity can be found on:

• operating defect;
• discrepancies between what was proposed and what was received on purchase;
• wrong shipment;

The lack of conformity must be reported within the warranty terms.

The warranty will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or malfunctions that are not evident at the time of purchase, provided the product is used properly and with due diligence, that is, in respect of its destination and as provided in the technical documentation, in conformity with the 
various operating rules therein.

In case of lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to restoration, without charge, of the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.

Procedure for exercising the right of restoration of conformity.

If the product purchased at our site  presents a lack of conformity, to make it compliant with the contract of sale please follow these simple steps:

1. within the guarantee/warranty period from receipt of goods, please send a communication to Ferri Adelio Ltd. by e-mail through the Contact section or send a fax to the number +39 0383 367773 specifying the defect of the product;
2. wait for the Code of Restitution (CDR) which will be sent via email to the email address provided at the time of the order;
3. carefully prepare the product for shipping in its original packaging, including any accessory, instruction manual and all that was originally contained in the shipment received;
4. specify on the packaging the Code of Restitution (CDR) that Ferri Adelio Ltd. sent you;

Within 5 working days from the allocation of the Code of Restitution (CDR), the withdrawal of the product will be agreed with the courier; the telephone unavailability affects/compromises the product pick up and protracts the management of the practice.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Ferri Adelio Ltd. will restore the lack of conformity in accordance with the agreements.
